Summer Time, and the Livin’s Easy

Just returned from a long weekend in Hunting Beach and La Jolla with the family. The camera had battery issues so I made due with the iPhone. Sorry about the poor photo quality. I’ll quickly highlight some of the fun moments below.

We made a stop at the UCSD Aquarium.

El Pescador Fish Market is always a good time. Everything is SO fresh.

I had the Yellowtail sandwich on sourdough and lectured them about this.

The “yacht club” sandwich at Dana Landing is a must.

Kaylie is catching on, rocking Dads Patagonia hat.

You know me, I snuck the 8 wt and a box of clousers in. Casting from the rocks for a half hour produced a few Calico Bass.

All in all a great trip. I think my wild daughter would agree. Thanks for reading.
